When photographing couples meets traveling to awesome places and that meets your brother in law and soon to be sister in law's engagement session- it equals awesome! They had engagement session photos done in Florida, but were unhappy with the results of them. It was our distinct pleasure in creating photos they'll really enjoy! We had a family trip to Arizona the week before Thanksgiving. We were able to take photos here and there at different locations, which really made them special! No strict timelines or limited locations, but a few minutes here, and a few minutes there.
When traveling, we landed in different locations but we congregated together at the Grand Canyon. I had a head cold from hell so KJ took all the photos from the Grand Canyon. We through Matt and Carmen in this spot, over looking the canyon at sunset. The canyon is incredible! It's the 3rd time I personally had been there, and no matter how many times I see it I feel the same way, "It looks fake!" The shadows do the craziest things. As an artist, if this were a painting, I would think the shadows were made up. It only added to the drama that I love about light, and what it does at different times of day!
